At Lemoni, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Lemoni tags are still attached and the garment is in its original state.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
